Subgroup analysis of the influence of Rab1A expression on survival duration of CRC patients. Rab1A expression was negative in 31 male patients and positive in 58 male patients. Rab1A expression levels were associated with the survival duration in male patients (P<0.001) and in female patients (P=0.018). There were no significant differences in terms of variables such as depth of tumor invasion (T1-2), lymph node metastasis (positive) and differentiation (poor).
