The percentages of PPD-, HBHA-, and ESAT-6- induced IFN-γ-containing CD4⁺ lymphocytes were assessed by ROC analysis to define the most discriminant cut-off values between TB and non-TB patients. Cut-off values associated with optimal sensitivity and specificity were determined by the likelihood ratio analysis and are indicated by the black circles.
