GCA competitive curve with biotinylated scFv. The microplate was coated with G1-OVA conjugate (on the left) at 2 μg/mL. Serial dilutions of GCA in PBS containing 10 % MeOH were mixed with an equal amount of the biotinylated scFv (1/500, 100 ng/mL) in PBS. The bound biotinylated scFv was detected with SA-HRP (1/10000, 100 ng/mL, 100 μL/well). The X axis is the log of the GCA concentration and the Y axis is %B/B0 calculated from (absorbance of sample/absorbance of blank) ×100. Each point represents the mean ± SD (n = 3).
