Cytotoxicity of PX-12 in TZM-bl cells. Logarithmically growing TZM-bl cells were exposed to indicate concentrations of PX-12 in the absence of FBS for 3.5 hours, then the medium was replaced with complete medium without PX-12 and the cells were further grown for 48 hours before analyzed by XTT-assay. Data are based on three different experiments and shown as mean ± SEM.
