mRNA was extracted from 47 GF and 48 SFB-monocolonized single CTV^neg donor T cells at 14 d post-injection in the small intestinal lamina propria as in Fig. 1. RT-PCR for 98 genes was performed, including the three housekeeping genes. Hierarchical clustering of isolated single T cells is shown for 95 genes with −ΔCT values.
