A 62-year-old female patient presented with abdominal pain immediately after surgery. Abdominal coronal computed tomography scan image shows left retroperitoneal fluid collection (arrows; perirenal area). Abdominal pain was completely resolved after conservative management. This patient was discharged without any problems.
