The presenting taxa are chosen at variable influence on projection (VIP) value of above 0.5. The size of each circle indicates the abundance of taxa and is colored according to their corresponding phyla. The taxa are presented on phylum (p), class (c), order (o), family (f), or genus (g) levels after comparison of sequences to the Greengenes Core reference database.
