Kisspeptin promotes embryo adhesion to the endometrium and stroma decidualization by up-regulating cell adhesion molecules and LIF, respectively. Kisspeptin inhibits trophoblast invasion and angiogenesis via the down-regulation of MMPs and VEGFA, respectively.
