Increased Skp2 expression is associated with the mesenchymal phenotype of prostate cancer cells. (A) Representative images of mesenchymal and epithelial DU 145 sublines, scale bar size 30 µm. The nuclei (Hoechst 33342), endoplasmic reticulum (Concanavalin A), nucleoli and cytoplasmic RNA (SYTO 14), actin, Golgi apparatus, plasma membrane (Phalloidin&WGA) and mitochondria (MitoTracker) were visualized according to cell painting protocol.
