Suppression of oxidative stress in lung tissues from steroid‐resistant mice. Proteins were extracted from homogenized lungs and subjected to Western blotting to assess the expression of (a) 3‐nitrotyrosine (3‐NT) and (b) dual oxidase‐1 (Duox‐1) and Duox‐2, inducible NOS (iNOS), and GAPDH.
