Deletion of TLR4 ameliorated renal dysfunction, renal injury, apoptosis, and cell death in vivo and in vitro. The anti‐apoptotic effects of Loganetin on HK‐2 cells were compared with or without shTLR4 plasmid transfection; apoptosis rate (a) and cell viability (b) were determined. To explore the role of Loganetin in LPS‐induced cell death, cells were collected and analysed by flow cytometry based on Annexin V/PI staining (c).
