Growth assay of S. pombe wildtype (WT), Δdis3L2 and Δcid1. Cells were grown on EMM with required nutrients and with or without drug treatment at 30°C. (A) Cells were grown overnight in EMM media with Ura, Leu, and Ade and then spotted on media plates. (B) Quantification of standardized growth differences between wildtype and deletion strains.
