Difference between the presence or absence of salt taste dysfunction and interdialytic weight gain (IDWG). Fifty-eight percent of participants had salt taste dysfunction, which was defined as a recognition threshold ≥0.8%. There was no significant difference in IDWG between groups with and without salt taste dysfunction (P = 0.90)
