Effect of DTHA on the proportion of CD44^high/CD24^low- and ALDH-positive cell in breast cancer cell lines. The CD44^high/CD24^low cell population was analyzed by flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB-231 cells with DTHA (1 μM) for 2 days. For FACS analysis, 10,000 cells were acquired.
