Sarcosyl-insoluble material was prepared from the cerebral cortex of WT mice fed normal chow, DIO mice, and Aβ-Tg mice fed normal chow. Proteins were resolved on a 4–12% polyacrylamide gradient gel, visualized with SYPRO Ruby, scanned, and quantified. Increases in protein intensity were significant by ANOVA and Dunnett’s post hoc test (*P <0.05).
