Conventional stimulation, first ovum pick up in follicular or luteal phase ovarian stimulation and second ovum pick up in follicular phase ovarian stimulation, and there is at least one menstruation during first ovum pick up and the start of second ovarian stimulation. Duostim, first ovum pick up in follicular or luteal phase ovarian stimulation and second ovum pick up in luteal phase ovarian stimulation, and there is no menstruation during first ovum pick up and the start of second ovarian stimulation.
