Table 1. Transepithelial potential difference across human duodenum monolayer cultures.

Monolayers were treated for 4 hours with vehicle (DMSO) or tenapanor (1 µM) (n = 4 per group). Transepithelial potential difference measured as apical relative to basolateral. Means ± SEM. Pairwise comparisons by Student’s t test (P > 0.05).
