Quantitative measurements of virion-associated cytomegalovirus (CMV) DNA in solid-organ transplant recipient (SOTR) plasma samples detected using the DNase I digestion and CMV quantitative polymerase chain reaction (DNase-CMV-qPCR) in relationship to total CMV DNA in the sample. Samples with no virions detected and with virions detected were grouped separately. Limit of quantification = 2.69 log₁₀copies/mL.
