Cross-protective efficacy against the hetero-subtypic influenza viruses H9N2, H6N6, and H10N8. M2e DNA immunized mice were infected with a 10 × LD50 dose of each influenza virus. Lungs were collected at day 3 post-infection for virus titration via TCID50 assay.
