Passive protective efficacy of immune sera. Naïve mice were intraperitoneally injected with 200 µL of pooled sera collected from p-tPA-3M2e immunized mice and challenged with 10 × LD50 H1N1 virus 24 h after passive transfer. Survival rate (A) and body weight loss (B) were monitored after passive sera transfer.
