The backbone RMSDs include the core structure (E11 to K174), N-domain (residues E11 to S93), and C-domain (residues D98 to K174) with respect to the corresponding energy-minimized initial structures (iWT-1, iWT-2) of WT NCS-1 (aligned on all backbone atoms from residues E11 to K174, E11 to S93, and D98 to K174).
