Bolded boxes represent publicly-available software used in analyses. Consensus sequences, generated using a ≥20% frequency cutoff, were used in HIV-TRACE to generate transmission clusters, while DRM Heatmaps and Interpretation reports were generated using sequences at a ≥1% frequency cutoff.
