In vivo imaging. hUCMSCs were labeled with DiR dye. In the whole-body images, hUCMSCs survived at least 25 days (a–c). On days 3 and 8, the hUCMSCs could be seen in the lungs, liver, spleen, kidneys, colon, heart, mesenteric lymph nodes, testes, seminal vesicles, and bladder (d,e). On day 25, the hUCMSCs could only be seen in the liver and lungs (f).
