No difference was observed in bladder smooth muscle CSA between SMA and WT (15.41 ± 1.691 µm2 N=5 vs 20.94 ± 2.557 µm2 N=5, P=0.1086), but with a significant shift in distribution towards smaller CSA smooth muscle cells (Kolmogorov-Smirnov D=0.1647, P < 0.0001).
