CNO induced occupancy on a group level at the dopamine D2/3 receptors in the prefrontal cortex (B,C) as well as dorsal (D,E) and ventral (F,G) striatum. Horizontal lines and represents a significant effect of treatments, as measured with a one-way ANOVA (p < 0.05, ∗∗p < 0.01 and ∗∗∗p < 0.001).
