Values are means ± SEs. Data were analyzed by using intent-to-treat analysis, 10 imputations. Changes were calculated from baseline to 3, 6, and 9 mo without adjustments for covariates; n = 120 for WEP and n = 120 for EP. A repeated-measures mixed-effects model analysis was used to test the mean through time, all P > 0.05 (data not shown).
