Data was collected from ten neutralization sensitive (S) and 11 neutralization-resistant (R) viruses shown in Table 3. The lengths and number of glycosylation sites in variable (V) and conserved (C) domains is indicated. Statistically significant differences in domain lengths and numbers of glycosylation sites were determined using the Mann-Whitney U-test with P values indicated. Statistically significant differences are indicated by P values in bold.
