The associated response (sensitive, resistant or none) to each feature by autologous plasma or bN-mAbs was calculated by comparing the mean neutralization titers of viruses exhibiting the sequence feature to viruses that did not have the sequence feature (Mann-Whitney U-test (p = <0.05). Statistically significant responses are indicated by P values in bold.
