Participants	Inclusion: 1. Metastatic cancer to brain (based on neurodiagnostic tests, biopsy of primary, biopsy of brain lesion) 2. KPS ≥ 70 3. Age > 18 y.o. 4. Measurable lesion(s) 5. WBC > 4000/mm3 6. Platelets > 125 000/mm3 7. NFC 1, 2 Exclusion: 1. Prior brain RT 2. Complete surgical excision 3. CNS primary, leukemia, lymphoma 4. Concurrent chemotherapy 5. Primary absent or controlled or under RT
Interventions	3750 cGy/15 fr and BrdU versus 3750 cGy/15 fr
Outcomes	1. Survival 2. Response (CR + PR)
