| Participants | Eligibility: 1. histologically confirmed cancer 2. one to three brain metastases 3. less than or equal to 4 cm Exclusion: 1. brainstem lesions 2. tumours within 10 mm from optic apparatus 3. poor operative candidates 4. leptomeningeal disease 5. psychiatric impairments 6. infection 7. germ cell tumour, lymphoma, small cell lung cancer |
