28 May 2016	New citation required but conclusions have not changed	In this updated review, we made the following changes to the previously published review (Zhu 2012). 1. We found 3 new completed trials (Probst 2014; Salah 2015; Zhu 2015). 2. Members of the review team changed from the previous review to the present update. Zhu left the review team, Wong and Lai joined the review team. 3. Instead of using a random‐effects model to estimate the risk ratio of mortality, we used the Peto method to estimate the odds ratio, as the mortality event was rare.
