Intervention: epidural anaesthesia at T12‐L1 with fentanyl and bupivacaine (n = 25) Control: epidural anaesthesia with fentanyl (n = 25) General anaesthesia and epidural analgesia with 0.125% bupivacaine at 4 to 8 mL per hour after surgery for all participants |
