Overall, the consistency level at the pathway level is higher. For the KEGG pathways, the ribosome pathway was commonly enriched in the AC_stage, SCC_stage and SCC_risk categories. For the GO terms, there is one term enriched by all four categories, 13 terms by all categories but the AC_risk category, 4 terms by the AC_stage and SCC_risk categories and 12 terms by the AC_risk and SCC_risk categories.
