Effect of tolfenamic acid on motor deficits in R6/1 mice. R6/1 mice exhibited progressive weakening in muscle strength in the grip strength test (a) and a decrease in fall latency time (b) in the rotarod test compared with control mice. Tolfenamic acid treatment improved performance in the rotarod test, but not in the grip strength test.
