Sostdc1 reduces Wnt/BMP signalling and binds to LRP6, BMP2 and BMP7 proteins: Differentiating OB progenitors were treated with Wnt3a, BMP2 or BMP7 in the absence or presence of recombinant murine Sostdc1 protein for 20 min.
