Abbreviations not used or defined elsewhere are as follows: “VC” for vector collector; “SD” for standard deviation and “AV” for average. The symbol “” is used to indicate the sample mean obtained from our bite-count estimates. The p-values quoted in the final column of the table indicate the significance of the difference observed between mopHLC SC/CBMs and sHLC SC/CBMs.
