HEK 293 cells were transfected with a C‐terminally VSV‐tagged NrCAM construct or empty vector. Cells were then treated with DAPT (1 μM), GI254023x (5 μM), either substances or solvent for 24 h. The C‐terminal NrCAM fragment was detected with an antibody against the VSV‐tag. Representative Western blots are shown.Source data are available online for this figure.
