Seasonal gene expression patterns of ParCBF1, ParDAM5 and ParDAM6 in apricot (Prunus armeniaca) flower buds. Two early-flowering cultivars, “Aurora” (black) and “Goldrich” (gray) and two late-flowering cultivars, “Stella” (white) and “Zard” (hatched) were sampled in two consecutive dormant seasons. Real-time PCR data are means of three replicates, means followed by the same letters were not significantly different at P < 0.05 according to a Duncan’s multiple range test.
