The lower part shows the ten designed amplicons and their overlapping (grey) and non-overlapping (white) segments. Positions and sizes are approximately to scale. The boxplot above shows mean coverage for all 101 samples analysed, for each segment, normalised to sample means. Centre lines indicate the medians; box limits are the 25th and 75th percentiles; whiskers extend 1.5 times the interquartile range from the 25th and 75th percentiles, outliers are represented by circles. Note the relatively high coverage for overlapping segments (grey).
