The cells were treated with 3 or 5 (5 μg/mL) for 30 min, at 37°C, 4°C, and 37°C while pre-treating with DCA (15 mM), CPZ (10 μg/mL), MβCD (10 mg/mL), and AMR (75 μg/mL) for 1 h.
