The anti-tumor effect of a PD-1 blockade was improved by low-dose DAC in CT26 tumor-bearing mouse model. a Seven days after the tumor inoculation, the mice received peritoneal injections of low-dose DAC (20 μg/mouse) for 5 consecutive days. Subsequently, one group was administered the PD-1 blockade (500 μg/per mouse) by tail vein injection every 3 days for a total of four doses. The mice in the other three groups were injected with the same volume of saline at the corresponding time. b The tumor volumes were evaluated and recorded every 3 days by measuring the longest and shortest diameters (L and W). The tumor volumes (V) were calculated using the formula: V = (L × W2)/2. The results were analyzed using ANOVA. ***p < 0.001. c The survival rates of the mice were observed and recorded, and the results were analyzed using the log-rank test
