Sections of retina were stained using antibody against β1-syntrophin (Red). The β1-syntrophin labeling was concentrated at the perivascular (arrows) and in subvitreal endfoot domains (arrowheads on top). Lack of β1-syntrophin immunofluorescence can be seen in the retina of β1-syn KO. Nuclear staining is shown in blue.
