Based on NGS and cultivation, bacteria visible likely include L. jensenii (ST55), G. vaginalis (ST22), S. anginosus or A. tetradius (ST08), Staphylococcus (ST45), S. epidermidis (ST85) and Corynebacterium (ST30).
