The interaction between ApoB/Cideb and Sec12/Cideb is not competitive. Flag‐tagged Cideb was co‐expressed with apoB‐48 and an increased dose of HA‐Sec12 in 293T cells. Cells were immunoprecipitated with an anti‐Flag antibody, and the levels of co‐immunoprecipitated proteins were detected by IB following SDS–PAGE.
