Interventions | Experimental group (EG: n = 16); control group (CG: n = 16) 2 times per week/7 weeks (EG: 1 additional session at 60 days' follow‐up) EG + CG: 10 min warming, stretching, and active exercises, 10 min resistance training limbs, 10 min trunk, neck, and limbs EG: additional 30 min Wii Fit balance board therapy including static balance, dynamic balance, stationary gait CG: additional 30 min conventional physiotherapy including static balance, dynamic balance, stationary gait |
