In response to feedback received from Professor Caroline Fall, all analyses have now been changed to random‐effects models, given the clinical heterogeneity amongst the included trials. The Unit of Analysis section was updated to describe the inclusion of data from trials with more than two intervention groups. All feedback has been incorporated and addressed. |
