Forest plot of graft rejections (any) (network meta‐analysis estimates and direct comparisons when available). Both fixed‐effect model and random‐effects model for other interventions compared to tacrolimus are provided. The direct estimates and fixed‐effect network meta‐analysis estimates are similar and demonstrate fewer graft rejections (any) for tacrolimus plus everolimus and tacrolimus plus mycophenolate plus glucocorticosteroids than for tacrolimus, while cyclosporine A and everolimus were associated with more graft rejections (any) than tacrolimus. However, the random‐effects model did not demonstrate any evidence of difference in graft rejections (any) for any comparison. We used the more conservative random‐effects model to arrive at conclusions.
