Methods RCT with no treatment control group

Interventions 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks; 30 minutes per session 
 Task‐oriented progressive resistance strength training within the context of a circuit training class. Stations included standing and reaching in different directions; sit to stand from various chair heights; stepping forward, backwards, and sideways onto and off of blocks; heel rise and lowering 
 The control group received no intervention
