Vaccine-induced neutralization titers in vitro. Sera from mice in our immunization study (n = 10 per group) were analyzed in a Fluorescence Reduction Neutralization Assay 50 (FRNA50) with one FRNA50 value per animal. Y-axis gives the antibody dilution required to reduce infectivity by 50%. Both NiV G and HeV G rabbit polyclonal antisera were used as positive controls (gray bars). Statistical significance between groups was performed using ordinary one-way ANOVA followed by uncorrected Fisher’s LSD test to compare immunization groups. Non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test followed by uncorrected Dunn’s multiple comparisons test was used to compare statistical significance based on gender (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001)
