Effects of shSOCS3 on DHAV-1 replication and endogenous interferon pathway components. CEFs were transfected with pGPU6/GFP/Neo-SOCS3 and infected with 10⁴ TCID₅₀ of the DHAV-1 CH60 adapted strain. The viral copy number was determined at 24 hpi by quantitative PCR. Quantitative PCR analysis of IFNα/β/γ, SOCS3, MX1, OASL, STAT1 and STAT3 mRNA levels. Differences between two groups were analyzed using Student's t-test and considered significant at ^*p < 0.05, ^**p < 0.01, ^***p < 0.001, and ^****p < 0.0001.
